The new Consumer Discount Card will give thousands of Black consumers the opportunity to receive special discounts from BOBSA’s Black manufacturers worldwide.

B.O.B.S.A is a worldwide organization that is both a forum for the exchange of innovative ideas and as a resource for current developments in the beauty industry.
